  I honestly don't understand why there are negative reviews of this place. Maybe those reviews were written by someone who dumped their grandparents at a home and visit once a month, but here's the story from someone that, along with my family, goes there daily.My grandmother has been there for a while now and is happier than she's been in a long time. (She is a very head strong woman that lived alone for almost 20 years after my grandfather died. Now at 94 (and still a little bit of a rebel)she realized she that it was getting more difficult for her to care for herself. She didn't want to be put in a home, but after my father took care of her for a while, my grandmother started asking him to show her Kenilsworth Care because ultimately, she was lonely and tired. Now, my grandmother loves the staff, the other residents, the new friends she's met, and in general everything about it. She has more energy and happiness than I've seen in her in a long time. The staff I've met are always helpful, kind, and really do care for their clients. So again, I don't know if the negative reviews come from people who just see a Care center as a place to put your elderly out of your life and visit them once a year on christmas, but from someone who is there every day, it is a FANTASTIC Care center (and fun fact knowledge, I absolutely HATE the idea of nursing homes etc....... So add that to just how much my words mean.)
