- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently returned from out of town to receive a statement from you. On my last visit to the office in Sebring prior to surgery,when checking out the scheduling clerk presented with a request for over $1k, for 2 bill's, 1 for the Dr and,1 for the surgery center. This had not been shared with me previously and so it was a surprise as the clerk stated.i advised her,I could not pay at that time Had I been,advised of the 2 bill's would have walked out at that time. The day before surgery I called the office and asked for a payment plan,which was unsatisfactory to me. I therefore cancelled the surgery. Due to the deception, i,font believe I owe,you anything.
